Hillside is a family owned and operated boutique hotel nestled on a hillside of the Taupiri Ranges adjoining a 300 acre private native forest conservation reserve in the midst of the 2300 acre Hillside Station a working beef and sheep farm.
The resort forms part of a sustainable agriculture vision for the property.

The vines are nurtured in Horotiu sandy loam over free draining river shingle,planted on a gentle north facing slope.
Each Mills Reef wine is produced with superior Hawkes Bay grapes and hand crafted by the winemaking team in Tauranga, New Zealand.
